Operation Search & Help's Mission:

Operation Search & Help seeks to bridge the gap for families in Mahoning and Trumbull County by providing last dollar assistance to those with special needs, behavioral healthcare concerns, and chronic medical conditions.

Did You Know?

Operation Search & Help receives funding from The Hine Memorial Fund which is administered by The Youngstown Foundation, with program oversight provided by The Potential Development Program.

Since its origin, Operation Search & Help has served thousands of children and families in need. Clients of Operation Search & Help may have health insurance and be involved with other programs. Operation Search & Help will act as a payor of last resort.

We welcome referrals from any individual, facility, or community organization that identifies a family in need.

Eligibility Criteria

Potential clients must:

Be between the ages of birth through 21

Live in either Mahoning or Trumbull County

Have either a special needs diagnosis, behavioral healthcare condition, or chronic medical need.
